The foundation of a successful IRA program
is the credit union's staff... and the best way to ensure success is to empower
them with IRA training. You and your staff need regular training to build and
maintain IRA expertise amid complex, changing rules.
IRA Essentials gives attendees a solid foundation in IRA basics. Attendees will leave the session able to work with IRA owners and process basic IRA transactions with confidence. This is a beginner's session; no previous IRA knowledge is assumed.
IRA Advanced is designed for experienced IRA professionals. This session builds on the learner's knowledge of IRA basics to help them address some of the more complex IRA issues they handle at their credit union. The trainer will utilize real world exercises to help participants apply information to job-related situations. Intermediate IRA knowledge is assumed.
Those attending should bring a hand-held calculator.
