Basic Budgeting Workshops

Each workshop is from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
(refreshments at 9:00 a.m.)

SCCUL's Basic Budgeting Workshops will use each credit union's own data and assumptions to develop a one-year balance sheet. Participants will complete a budgeting questionnaire to help develop the final budget, which will be generated from input data and mailed to each credit union within two weeks after the seminar.

Please mail a copy of your credit union’s 2003 year-end AND September 2004 call report 
to accompany your registration.

 

Workshop Requirements: Each participant must be prepared to project for their credit unions these listed categories for the following periods: 12/31/2004, 6/30/2005 and 12/31/2005:

1 – Asset Size
2 – Loan growth & loan mix 
3 – Share mix
4 – Yield on loans
5 – Yield on investments
6 – Cost of funds
7 – Operating expenses for 2004

A battery- or solar-powered calculator will be needed.
