Make plans to join us on Wednesday, February 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the SCCUL Bateman Center for a session regarding contracts and understanding them better. This session will be facilitated by Todd Sherpy with the Sherpy & Jones Law Firm. During this session we will review:

• Clauses and what they really mean
• What an indemnity clause
does
• What disclaimers mean
• Commonly omitted terms that should be addressed
• Questions that should be answered by lawyers / vendors
