Make plans to join us Tuesday, February 9 at the South Carolina Credit Union League’s Bateman Center for a review of the recent developments and preparation for open-end/closed-end lending changes taking place in July 2010. This session will review and assess the Truth-in-Lending/Reg Z and Card Act, particularly the August 2009 and February 2010 changes and actions your credit union should take in preparation for July 2010. Attention also will be given to credit union options and concerns, and to issues on the horizon. Todd Sherpy of the Sherpy & Jones Law Firm facilitates.
