topics of discussion was the opportunity to consolidate the SCCUMA and NC CUES
organizations. At a glance, both have very similar backgrounds, objectives,
audiences, and historical participation rates. Participation in the NC CUES
Executive Council does not require dues and participant fees are set to cover
expenses. The SCCUMA and NC CUES schedules also follow fairly closely and in
fact the NC CUES Executive council often has coincided with past SCCUL annual
meetings in April.
