CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)

MTC Federal Credit Union is a strong, southeastern financial institution seeking an inspiring, forward-thinking, dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to help lead the operational side of this growing and complex organization. ALM ANALYST

First Carolina Corporate Credit Union in Greensboro, NC is seeking an asset liability management (ALM) analyst to provide ALM reporting, modeling, and consulting services directly to member credit unions. This position will be responsible for the entire ALM process from data collection through report delivery and interpretation. This position will also assist in marketing the ALM service as well as provide continual ALM education and consultation to member credit unions.

Candidates must have 2-3 years in ALM modeling experience along with strong analytical and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills needed. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.

IT MANAGER

MPCU, a Lugoff-Camden credit union with $95M in assets, seeks a motivated and member service oriented IT Manager to join our progressive credit union. This position will oversee the credit union's technology infrastructure and information systems tools, developing short- and long-term technology objectives to provide efficient and cost-effective technology tools.

The IT Manager also will lead, manage, direct and coordinate the planning, production, and advancement of the communication and information systems department, serving as lead technologist to ensure that member and corporate data and resources are protected and available at all times. He or she also will manage employee and vendor performance, change initiatives, and communications concerning IT activity.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Sharonview FCU seeks a compliance officer, responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the credit union's Compliance Management Program. This position plans, organizes, and controls day-to-day administrative, lending and operational compliance activities; collaborates with senior management in the overall administration of these directives for the credit union while participating in various committees, audits and examinations; performs as Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer, OFAC Officer, and Privacy Officer; conducts staff training related to new hires, compliance, member service, mainframe and software computer programs; advises the board of directors, senior management and credit union personnel of emerging compliance issues, and consults and guides the credit union in establishing controls to mitigate risk while assuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and all applicable state and NCUA regulations.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and ten years of related experience in the financial service industry. Work-related experience should consist of an in-depth background in credit union administration, compliance and supervisory skills; NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer designation or comparable certification from a financial service industry trade group; advanced knowledge of credit union administration, lending and operations products and services, related state and federal laws and regulations, and other credit union operational policies and procedures; exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, write reports, correspondence and procedures, and speak clearly to members and employees. This position reports to the CEO.
